To maintain accreditation, as well as to protect the Residents and the clients they serve, the Delaware Residency Program adheres to written and published policies and procedures. These policies and procedures explain topics such as clinical duties, ethical standards, Health and Social Services Department workplace policies, supervision policies, and other relevant content.
