Residency Program: Requirements and Contact Information
Thank you for your interest in the Delaware Psychiatric Residency Program. Due to the large volume of applicants we receive for our program, we can only accept application materials through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Please see www.aamc.org/eras for application instructions. To further assist you, we have listed some important facts about the program we offer.
- We do not sponsor/accept any type of visas at this time, but we do accept active green cards.
- Please explain any gaps and medical experience in detail, if you have been graduated for more than five years from the medical school.
- We do prefer residents with U.S. experience in psychiatry.
- We require a minimum passing USMLE/COMLEX score of a 75 of higher on all licensing exams.
- The Delaware Psychiatric Center currently does not participate in any psychiatry externships or observerships.
- We do not participate in Match.
