DPC acts as a member of the Delaware community of caregivers providing integrated services to adults suffering from severe and persistent mental illness.

The goal of CIS is the prevention of unnecessary or inappropriate hospitalizations of a person experiencing severe symptoms of a mental illness or substance related problem.

TASC is a liaison with the criminal justice and treatment agency systems providing drug / alcohol treatment services to offenders coming through Delaware's Superior Court Drug Court.
