Service Specifications for Medicaid Waivers Operated by DSAAPD
The Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) operates three Medicaid home and community-based waivers: the Medicaid Waiver for the Elderly and Disabled, the Medicaid Waiver for Acquired Brain Injury, and the Medicaid Waiver for Assisted Living.
Service providers who are interested in contracting with the State to deliver services under one or more of these waivers should first review these service specifications.
