Licensure Requirements for the Medicaid Waiver for the Elderly and Disabled
All of the services under the Medicaid Waiver for the Elderly and Disabled require certain credentials on the part of service contractors. Requirements vary by service. Some services, for example, require only a state business license or 501(c)(3) status, while others require more highly specialized credentials as detailed below.
