VieBridge Connections Delaware Launched
VieBridge Connections Delaware, a new web-based program for caregivers, was launched at the State's second annual Caregiver Expo on November 2, 2006.
The program, sponsored by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD), provides a tool for caregivers to get information, manage health concerns, and connect with other caregivers with similar interests.
VieBridge Connections, available free-of-charge on the internet to all Delaware caregivers, offers a weath of resources in a unique format. Through this program, caregivers can ask questions to experts on a variety of topics, including health, nutrition, social services, Medicaid, Medicare, and much more. The program also includes an extensive video library and links to local and national resources on a wide variety of topics. In addition, the program allows caregivers to keep track of medications, appointments, nutrition, and other important information.
