Help with Downloading DSAAPD Publications
Some of the Division of Services for Aging and Physical Disabilities' (DSAAPD) publications are presented in two formats: PDF and Text-Only.
PDF files provide you with a picture of the original document and can be viewed and printed from your computer. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to read these files. This software can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website . Once you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, it will open automatically when you select a publication from the list. The Acrobat Reader will allow you to adjust the size of the image if you need the words to be larger on your computer screen.
Some PDF files take a while to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection. Please check the Download Estimates page of this web site to get an idea of the amount of time that it will take to download our publications on your computer.
Text-Only files contain no graphics and generally have less text formatting than other types of documents. Text only files are best suited for visitors who are using certain assistive devices, such as text readers, to gather information from this site.
If you need a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can download it
