DSAAPD Announces the Receipt of Performance Outcome Measures Project Grant
The Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) is pleased to announce that it has received a grant from the Administration on Aging to participate in the Performance Outcome Measures Project (POMP). DSAAPD will work in partnership with the Administration on Aging and organizations from several other states to develop performance outcome measures for programs funded under Title III of the Older Americans Act. In addition, DSAAPD will work with partners within Delaware, including the Modern Maturity Center, to field-test outcome measures and to carry out other aspects the project. The ultimate goal of the POMP project is to develop measures which demonstrate the cost benefit of community-based programs for older persons.
