DSAAPD Seeks Kinship Navigator Proposals

The Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) is soliciting proposals for an award of up to $15,000 for the development and operation of a Delaware Kinship Navigator Program. 

The Delaware Kinship Navigator Program will be a conduit for grandparents and relative caregivers who are raising other relatives’ children, providing them with information regarding services available to them and support for accessing those services. 

A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process is not being utilized for this program since the award amount is below the Department of Health & Social Services' threshold.

Proposals must be submitted by the close of business on December 7, 2007.
