- Described and Captioned Media Program
The Described and Captioned Media Program is funded by the U.S Department of Education and administered
by the National Association of the Deaf. It is a free-loan program which has open-captioned media
available to all persons in the US who have a hearing loss, as well as teachers, parents, and others.

Castle County and surrounding areas. The program provides visits with pets to various programs and facilities,
