Hispanic Outreach
| Program/Service description | Hispanic Outreach is a program designed to help older persons in the Hispanic community learn about and get connected with the services that they might need. The Hispanic Outreach program also works with organizations that provide services to older persons to create a better understanding of the special needs of older Hispanics. |
