About the proposed Program Year 2005 State Employment Services Coordination Plan
The State of Delaware receives funding for the Title V Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) through the Older Americans Act. SCSEP provides subsidized, community service training opportunities, job skills training, and supportive services for eligible Older Delawareans. Two important goals of the program are community service and economic self-sufficiency. The annual State Plan provides information regarding program implementation and coordination with SCSEP's Workforce Investment Act partners.

How to make comments on the proposed 2005 State Plan
Comments can be sent to the DSAAPD's Senior Employment Program Manager by postal mail, fax, e-mail or hand-delivered to the Division's administrative office in New Castle. Please refer to the General Contact Information section of DSAAPD's contact page. Comments should arrive at the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) no later than May 24, 2005 to be considered in the final State Plan.
