Alzheimer's Day Treatment

Description Alzheimer's Day Treatment is a non-residential, day program for people with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia. It provides medical, recreational, and personal care services. Staff in the program receive specialized training in Alzheimer's Disease and dementia.
Eligibility Delaware residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia who are not able to be left alone during the day.
