Please join the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) and partners at an upcoming forum to learn more about the Delaware Delaware Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) project and key national initiatives that are transforming the long-term care system.  Special guests will include national issue experts and technical consultants from The Lewin Group, Administration on Aging and the National Council on Independent Living.
