Programs & Planning
Delaware utilizes an all-hazards approach to planning so that plans and guidelines can be used for a variety of emergencies. The Public Health Preparedness Section is responsible for the development and implementation of public health’s emergency response plans, guidelines and programs. In developing plans, guidelines and programs the Section coordinates with other state and local agencies, healthcare facilities, federal government, businesses and other organizations.
