HIV Counseling and Testing Program
It is the mission of the HIV Counseling and Testing Program to provide statewide management, education and training for HIV counseling and testing.
The Delaware Division of Public Health offers both confidential and anonymous HIV counseling and testing. HIV testing is offered through a blood draw or OraQuick Rapid testing.
