HIV Wellness Clinic
The Wellness Program offers you on-site clinical evaluation, treatment and follow up of HIV disease as well as social work support and case management referrals. The mission of the Wellness Clinic is to help HIV positive clients find the best possible treatment plan, services and resources need to stay as healthy as possible.
You must be:
- a Delaware resident
- at least 18 years of age.
You must provide:
- a copy of your HIV-positive test results
- insurance information, if applicable*
- appropriate referral if necessary
*You are eligible for the program regardless of your insurance status.
