Teen HOPE
Teen HOPE is a Division of Public Health program designed to target adolescents at risk of impregnating or becoming pregnant. Teen HOPE, which stands for Helping Other teens Prevent Pregnancy and Encourage good health, programs are conducted in six-School Based Wellness Centers state wide. The program provides intensive one-on-one counseling and case management services for at-risk youth in an effort to reduce teen births.
