Research/Human Subjects Review Board (HSRB)

Whenever Delaware Health and Social Services clients are to be the subjects of a research project, the project must be submitted for HSRB review.  The following resources are available to help researchers understand and submit their projects through this process.

  This document describes an overview of the HSRB process and the responsbilities of all parties involved.
• HIPAA Guidelines for Authorizatons
  HIPAA requires that valid authorization has certain requirements which are outlined in this document.
