About DMS
The Division of Management Services (DMS) provides leadership and policy direction for Delaware Health and Social Services.
The Office of The Secretary (SEC) and DMS are responsible for the development of the DHSS budget which this year is over $1.1 billion dollars. Of this, approximately $599.8 million dollars are in State general funds with another $511.1 million dollars in Federal/special funds.
The division is supported by a staff of more than 500.
