REGULATIONS
The Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection is responsible for the development and ongoing updating of State regulations pertaining to long term care facilities. As new regulations are developed and existing regulations are updated, public hearings are held to obtain comment from the community. Final regulations are issued after the public hearing process.
