Systems Unit
The Systems Unit maintains Delaware Automated Child Support Enforcement System (DACSES), the Division’s client database. The DACSES system holds all client personal and financial data. It provides the ability to track and process transactions for the entire caseload. The unit is also responsible for the inventory, operation and maintenance of the other electronic systems in the facility such as the telephones, security and fire alarms, interior climate control, computer hardware.
