Operations Unit
The Operations Unit is the largest unit within the Division. This is where the majority of case processing takes place.
After a client completes an application, a Child Support Specialist from Operations provides intake and other support services as needed, including: Parent locate services, support order establishment, modification and enforcement, and paternity establishment services.
