DDDS Neighborhood Home Licensing Survey Results
When the Neighborhood Group Home Standards were first developed in 1992, DDDS began collaborating with the Division of Long Term Care Residents Protection (DLTCRP) to license these group homes on an annual basis. The DDDS portion of the review concentrates mainly on programmatic concerns and in general is completed first, while the DLTCRP inspection focuses primarily on environmental aspects. Once this is done, the DLTCRP issues the official license.
The information contained in the following reports is taken from the actual Neighborhood Home licensing surveys done by DDDS' Office of Quality Management (OQM) conducted after January 1, 2007. The data presented is restricted to those regulations for which OQM is responsible. Unless otherwise noted, the date that appears on each survey is the date of the survey conducted by OQM. Neighborhood Home survey results are updated monthly.
