About Delaware Child Support Services


Welcome to the Delaware Division of Child Support Services' website where you'll find information on the purpose of child support, how and where to apply for services, the types of services offered, enforcement measures, and frequently asked questions.

All three offices (NCC, KC & SC) are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Stop by to talk with us, we're here to help you.

The Fatherhood Program is designed to assist parents find jobs, gain employment skills, sustain employment and achieve economic stability. 

Our Automated Assistance Line (AAL) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides pre-recorded information (in English & Spanish), including payment information. Customer Service Representatives are also available to speak with you during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST).

Direct Deposit and the ReliaCard Pre-Paid debit card are available to DCSS's custodial parents to provide instant access to child support monies. Enroll in one of these fast and free payment methods today!

Paternity Establishment determines a child's legal father. The Voluntary Acknowledgement Program (VAP) is a FREE service to unwed parents. It names the child's legal father without having to go to court.

The Customer Website has links to assist current customers and an online application to sign up for services.

Child support application and forms and Brochures, flyers and posters are all available online and can be printed.

Regulations explain roles and responsibilities of collaborating government agencies, including the Delaware Department of Justice and Family Court of Delaware.

DCSS's Speakers Bureau is available to conduct presentations and to participate in local community events. Complete the DCSS Speakers Bureau Invitation Request Form and Email it to DCSS Community Relations Officer Robert.Dreibelbis@delaware.gov.
